Havn Heights is a neighborhood of 58 homes in Poulsbo, coveted for it’s great Westerly views of Liberty Bay and the Olympic Mountains and close proximity to downtown Poulsbo, including the shops and marina.

The average year a home was built in this neighborhood is 1991 and the median year built is 1992 with the oldest being an original homestead form 1910 and the newest home was built in 2007.  There remain 3 undeveloped parcels in this neighborhood that are individually owned.

About 2/3 of the homes in this neighborhood are 1-story floor plans and 1/3 are 1.5 or 2-story homes.
