They hire me as their Listing Broker, have me post a notice in the window that \u2018this property has been foreclosed on; please contact our Listing Broker for further questions\u2019.\u00a0 Depending upon the nature of the circumstances, if there is personal property left inside or if the prior owners are still living there or there are tenants occupying the premises, there will be different time periods that may have to be satisfied before the home can actually be listed for sale on the MLS.\u00a0 Go ahead and call the Broker direct to see what time frame they have for that particular home, or call your favorite Real Estate Broker for Buyer Representation to purchase when it comes up for sale.\u00a0\u00a0 Got Questions?
